Société Hôtelière de Benguérir (SHB) is a subsidiary of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), dedicated to developing and managing high-impact hospitality assets across Morocco.

With our dual role as both owner (PropCo) and operator (OpCo), we combine strategic hotel development with operational excellence. Our mission is to deliver world-class hospitality standards while supporting local ecosystems and regional growth.
